Should you have any problems, questions or queries with your order when it arrives please contact us at email@example.com, call us on 01560 673179. Please note that we can be very busy during seasonal times, but if you call and leave a voicemail, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
This email is usually only monitored Monday – Friday, but sometimes we work extra. Please allow up to 24 hours for our response from us, but we do try our best to answer everyone as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES: Items purchased online are exchangeable for alternative sizes within 14 days of receipt so long as they are in an unused and unworn condition, are received by us in their original packaging with the original tags and are hair free. Alternatively, Snug as a Pug will issue you with a credit note.
RETURNS: Returned goods for a full refund should be returned to Snug as a Pug within 7 days by recorded or registered post and addressed to our current trading address as shown on this site (and below) - we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system. Upon return, the quality of all items will be inspected and should be returned to us in the same condition in which the items were received; in their original packaging, no dog hair, unworn and complete with original tags. Subsequent to this inspection, a decision will be made as to whether a full refund or an exchange should be provided, or store credit.
FAULTY ITEMS: If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund or an exchange. If you are unhappy with the size/style, we will offer you a full value exchange, credit note or a refund provided it it returned within 7 days and at our discretion.
IMPORT DUTY: We are not responsible for import custom charges. If a customer refuses to pay the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will not offer a refund.
Please note, we recommend that all toys, and in particularly those which contain squeakers, should only be given to your pet under supervision.
